GOVERNING AGREEMENT
The terms of this agreement (the “Terms of Service”) govern your relationship with Pistalix Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Inc. (“Pistalix Solutions Pvt. Ltd.” or “We”) in connection to your use of Pistalix Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Inc’s software products, such as Pistalix Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Teen Patti Master, social games, and associated services, and Pistalix Solutions Pvt. Ltd. websites (the “Service”). At any moment, Pistalix Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has the right to make changes to our Terms of Service and policies.
RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
The following restrictions apply to the use of our Service:

- Without our express permission, you may not sublicense, lease, trade, give, sell, or otherwise transfer your account or related virtual products, in whole or in part.
- You must not get chips or virtual items from any illegal source.
- If you have been removed or prohibited from using the Service, you may not use any of the Services, establish an account, or use an account.
- To use the Service, you may not establish or utilise more than one Facebook account.
- Suppose you do not agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or any other policy. In that case, you must not use any of our services, and your license to use the services will be immediately terminated.
- Based on suspicion, we have the complete right to ban or shadow ban any user. On suspicion, we have complete authority to modify or zero-out the user’s wallet.

If you gave us access to your Account Information through Facebook, you can request that we erase it by following the Facebook instructions. You can have your Account Information deleted by deleting the Ultimate Teen Patti application from your social network or third-party service account and following the on-screen instructions.
